Dad was born in Yell, he moved to Scalloway to work in the quarry were he met and married mum on the 1st of November 1951. They had five children, Jimmy, Evelyn, Eddie, Margaret and Anita. Dad's lived his life for Mum, his children, grandchildren and great grandchildren, always making sure we all came first, he was loved by everybody and never complained. His last years were cruelly taken away by Alzheimer's robbing him and Mum of there retirement years. It was Mum's wishes that he remained at home where he was cared for by Mum, my sisters, the home care team in Scalloway and Crossroads, without there support Mum would have found it very difficult. Dad passed away and is now at peace, please donate whatever you can to the Alzheimer's Charity so a cure can be found for this terrible illness which robs the life of so many
